      Avantages

      There were no prod at this company .

      Inconvénients

      Work place is very chaotic and unorganized. Many prior issues with vendors that have never been resolved and they keep doing patch jobs just to get by from month to month. Senior Accountant has no clue to what's going on and has very little knowledge of Excel so way too much manual work. Also very poor people skills and should not be at a level to manage employees. Plays on Facebook all day. Tons of tension within the accounting department and absolutely no work life balance. They dont even know how long it takes to close the books. Accounting Systems and software are easily out of date by 20 or so years.

      Avantages

      Fast-paced with great money. Great hourly, and you can get OT if the bar staff is short-staffed. One of the richest zip codes in Houston. People have money in this neighborhood.

      Inconvénients

      Movies attract clientele. A James Bond movie will bring in a lot of tips because of the demographics of the clientele. A halloween or kids movie will not bring in as money tips.
