Perspective commerciale
Avantages
Being a small firm employees can take charge of the work and set the direction. Lot of interesting work and problems to solve but it all needs to be coordinated well.
Inconvénients
Overall strategy and direction is missing from the leadership. Work life balance is pretty good but the overall growth is not so great inside the firm.
