you can choose shifts (as a student), relatively okay pay compared to other jobs in croatia
Inconvénients
a lot of miscommunication and when the rush hour kicked in (crazy amount of customers), the ability of the main cashier to communicate with the rest of us would suffer.
late with salaries (twice because the manager went to holidays and forgot to sign my contract - two holidays month after month) - but that depends on the store you work for or rather the manager of the particular store.
