      Avantages

      IOP is a family. Everyone here is so welcoming. They treat everyone so nice

      Inconvénients

      They could provide better working equipment. Their laptops are good but just old versions. They could provide employees with the most recent laptops.

      Avantages

      Provides employees with several opportunities to engage in business outlook/ business opportunity. Very big on professional training and personal development. They have great healthcare benefits, vacation time, community service time and sick time...yes sick time. You hardly find companies who give sick time separate from PTO.

      Inconvénients

      I have not observed any negatives yet.

      Small company, friendly managers, a lot of off-site engagements.

      Inconvénients

      The company oversold its image, and lack of management effectiveness in government-facing meetings.
