Owner treats everyone with no respect and regularly harasses and screams at employees with profanities. It is a small company so employees are expected to go above and beyond their job description and are met with little compensation. Employees are never given positive reinforcement and owner tries to bribe everyone with free food to cover for his lack of decency towards employees. Political and religious shaming is a daily practice here and most people seem miserable because of this. If you value your mental health, look elsewhere for employment.
