      Great people. Interesting work. Thrown into the mix fast. Opportunity to work as hard as you’d like and get experience in all types of pricing and data work. Ability to manage others fast. Meaningful work. Insight has been a fantastic place to start my career. I would recommend any college student or recent graduate based on my experience

      Inconvénients

      Can be a lot of work at times if your project is understaffed or overworked. Ability to get stuck in a part of the business you don’t love.

      Avantages

      Opportunities for upward mobility and growth. Some great leaders and project leadership.

      Inconvénients

      Obsession with growth can make projects intense and not fruitful. Can sometimes over sell capabilities on projects which makes delivering on promises made during the project sell period / scoping challenging and makes management angry.
