      Avantages

      Company has overall good global policy for work-life balance, eg. 1hour lunch break at 12, flexibility of working your weekly 40h, 10h/day/ four days per week resulting in one "free" day off, or 9h/day for 8 days, 9th day only 8h, and 10th day off, etc

      Inconvénients

      As with any employer your stay at ing is highly dependent of you team and direct manager, some are ok, some are ... less.
