      Avantages

      - all sorts of benefits: fruits, discounts (vouchers), quarterly dinners with the team - 2 days per week work from home

      Inconvénients

      Depends a lot on the team that one is working in. The technologies may not be the top ones, a lot of old code to maintain may exist. OCD, AOSG to fill up, it is a bank after all, of sort of requests come from the Regulatory Bank. Things change very slow (technology and business wise)
