Avantages
It is a good company to work. Very straightforward, with clear metrics. Great safety culture.
Inconvénients
A small company inside a big company. Ineos is very horizontal, so each business is separate from the other, by that said, there is little opportunity to grow inside the same business unless you`re willing to move.
