      Variety of the role and varying work locations, great people and great work atmosphere.

      Inconvénients

      Reliant on on previous operators procedures and processes, Senior management not always willing to listen or accept the challenges and solutions. Treatment of the contract staff could have been better. Career progression limited, no rotation of staff from other sites to build experience and share knowledge.
