      Avantages

      I've been with IMRI for 2 years, supporting one of their government clients. They paid for my certification training, which was awesome. HR is quick to respond. Even as a remote employee, I feel they try to connect with us through their newsletters and virtual team building events. Limited interaction with the exec team since I'm remote and tehy are really busy, but all seem nice.

      Inconvénients

      no cons. So far all good.

      Everyone in leadership was accommodating and accepting. They were communicative but never demanding. Overall an enjoyable place to be

      My pay felt a little low, and while I appreciated having a manager that wasn't overbearing, a little more involvement in day to day operations could have been helpful.
