      Avantages

      Was fortunate enough to work with an amazingly talented group at IMAX. Compensation was very competitive within the industry, with excellent benefits and advancement potential. Great track record and an excellent environment to work in and be a part of.

      Inconvénients

      If I had to go hunting for one, work/life balance for my department was a tad offset, but this was made clear during the interview process, and was worked on during my time there.

      Avantages

      Working at IMAX gives me a sense of pride because of its strong brand and cutting-edge cinema technology. I enjoy collaborating with supportive colleagues and being part of exciting projects. The benefits and movie-related perks are nice, and overall, I find the work engaging and aligned with industry standards.

      Inconvénients

      At IMAX, I sometimes feel frustrated by inconsistent leadership and limited opportunities for career growth. The pay can feel average compared to expectations. I’ve noticed communication issues and occasional uncertainty in company direction. Work-life balance can also be challenging, especially with changing policies and management decisions.
