      Avantages

      The Vashi, Navi Mumbai branch of IIHT institute is managed by a proprietor. The working environment is very good and informal. Communication with the owner is friendly and informal.

      Inconvénients

      I was a Center Manager, so no growth prospects since there is no post higher than that. The owner withholds your Full and Final Salary even after you serve the notice period. I had to resign due to my father's ill-health, though I really wanted to continue to work there.
