      Avantages

      Good work-life balance, great benefits, mostly very friendly and engaged co-workers.

      Inconvénients

      The executive management are all very-well connected and experienced people, and the compensation and experience gap between them and the rest of the staff is huge. So if the management wants to be abusive and stall your career, they essentially get away with it.
