Extremly disappointing - Avis employé Sales & Service Administrative IFF

-The chain of command is sloppy. -Room for growth is confusing. -I worked in fine fragrance sales. The management team for that dept was a rotating door. - A lot of toxic gossiping to the point where your uncomfortable. -Racist manager -HR is also a rotating door. -I voiced my thoughts after I brought up racism from my manager and I was put on probation for performance. - There is no training for the position and most people are very unhelpful. -They value seniority rather than fresh minds. -The environment is more about networking, social climbing, and gossiping. - The workload is unreasonable and not evenly distubuted.
