      loon en maaltijdcheques van 10 euro

      Inconvénients

      Zwaar werk. Elke minuut een verpakking van 25 kg inkappen. 3 verpakkingen van 10 kg verpakken per minuut afleveren. Lijnen worden zelfs bij shiftwissel niet stilgelegd. Zeer veel lawaai (meer dan 85 decibel). Geen opleiding. De meeste collega's begrijpen onvoldoende de nederlandse taal. Werken met dag contracten. Geen toekomstperspectief.

      No room to move up, though you’re encouraged to grow your skillset Very few hiring opportunities, no backfilling of positions In order to move up, you must show you can perform at that next level, while still doing your current job Very few promotion cycles (1-2/yr) Ineffective management Recent layoffs (2025-2016)
