      Avantages

      Pay is okay if you’re desperate. Paid breaks are cool. Plenty of overtime offered. Easy to learn environment.

      Inconvénients

      HR communication between temporary (HTI) and permanent (IFA) is horrible. Management is a joke. They are arrogant, disrespectful, and unhelpful. Maintenance serves very little purpose and fixes machines in very unsafe ways. Duct tape has been used multiple times. Intentional pushing of poor products and quality control.

      Great pay while it last

      Inconvénients

      They will tell you to finish a task, and once you finish it you have to Chad Ethen down for a second task, and they will say that you’re “taking a break” despite waiting for next task, and then they’ll fire you for it. Heavy in the favorites as well.
