Avantages

The Bank started with a Bang and I have been with them for more than four years now been a founder member. Initially things looked hunky dory and the culture was taken care . We had five day week and good work life balance which is all changed now .

Inconvénients

Immediately after a year from launch the chaos started with top management infighting. Each year would end up with restructuring the units and even after the merger with Capital First the bank is still looking much clueless . There is no concrete plan to handle customer’s and employees of erstwhile IDFC are left with a lurch . Too much of focus on dress code and not into work structuring . The management will lose good productive employees in the bargain if they don’t get their act together soon.
