      -Good for growth -Scope for learnings & trainings

      Inconvénients

      -Operation director plays lot of politics. Tries to be smarter by showing others employees week points purposely. -Provides incomplete data to other team & point out them if any mistakes or delays. - Not supportive to other team. - HR also supports him as both has good relationship. HR should look at ground level too. - Gujrati lobby company.
