      Flexibility of schedule, keeps you in shape, most managers are fair and nice people, owners are usually available to talk if needed, good blend of team-oriented work and solo work

      Inconvénients

      Pay was competitive up until a few years ago so that could use a boost, not a lot of mobility

      Avantages

      Dynamic, enabling environment with plenty of opportunities to contribute and learn. Small management team, horizontal reporting structure. The feeling of a small family run business.

      Inconvénients

      Not great for those needing structure and definition and clear lines of responsibility.
