Hardworking people, especially at the entry and mid level. Opportunity to integrate with IR. The ICR Conference is a high value add.
Inconvénients
Professional development opportunities are limited despite frequent discussions about growth. HR is really a one person team who is personal friends with leadership so there is limited trust and no real resources. Very high workloads across multiple accounts and industries make it challenging to deliver the most strategic work ( most people are on 8-10 accounts). Creative problem-solving is often constrained by reliance on established processes and existing vendor relationships.
