      Most people below management level try to help

      Inconvénients

      CEO and COO are at odds resulting in no direction or strategy. Zero accountability and no proper controls in place. Initiatives seems to be based on fear of losing customers or failing audits, not on understanding of what is the right thing to do and how to do it right. The quality policy is a piece of paper…
