      Bad management, little opportunity to develop skills or expertise, low salaries, too high or too low workload, no efforts done to match work to interests ....

      Avantages

      The company is large and takes care of their employees. Management seems to care and the projects we worked on were organized well by our product teams.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes our projects went up for rebid because of the government.
