Inconvénients
Consulting requires a tolerance for uncertainty, a flexible and can-do attitude, and a resilient and persistent work ethic. But ICF provides one of the more stable and sane work environments for consultants to grow and thrive in.

They are so flexible and genuinely invested in your growth and the people are so kind!
Inconvénients
Because the company has had so many acquisitions, it feels like the company is divided into a bunch of specific groups and it’s hard to connect with people outside of your own group.
