      Avantages

      Very professional attitude towards the work. Proper communication to make sure there are no ambiguities. President's personal sense of responsibility for the welfare of his workers.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes the meetings get too long and boring, discussing the same thing again and again without reaching to a conclusion.
