      Avantages

      Des cadres engagés, un équilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie privée, des possibilités de promotion et de croissance internes, une nouvelle culture d'entreprise en cours d'élaboration et un accent mis sur les objectifs de leadership, la diversité de la main-d'œuvre

      Inconvénients

      Des améliorations ont déjà été apportées, mais il reste encore du travail à faire pour améliorer la communication entre les différents services.

      Great people to work with Helpful staff and management Wide territory with few restrictions No caps on commissions Entrepreneurial spirit is encouraged

      The current office space is a but small, and cold, but it is only a temporary location.

      Avantages

      The people are nice but not transparent. Every division is losing a tremendous amount of revenuewith the exception of Hypertec cloud in Canada. We werent allowed to sell Hypertec cloud and AI infrastructure solutions in Tempe. No CRM tool and the commission plan is too vague and unclear to try and explain
