      Avantages

      Relativement nouveaux en Arizona ; un produit décent. Gros potentiel une fois que l'usine de fabrication commencera à produire en Arizona. De bonnes personnes travaillent ici.

      Inconvénients

      Un dévouement incohérent à l'Arizona. Il s'agit d'une entreprise établie au Canada qui désapprouve les travailleurs américains ; cela se ressent de plusieurs façons au quotidien. Vous entendrez souvent dire que le siège social canadien est bien meilleur que n'importe quelle installation américaine. Ils limitent souvent les processus de l'Arizona en faveur des préférences de la partie canadienne. Ce que vous entendez dans les entretiens est souvent différent de ce qu'il se passe réellement. La situation est compliquée par des systèmes et des processus dépassés. 99 % des employés se plaignent des promesses non tenues par la direction, de la tromperie et des mensonges.

      The current office space is a but small, and cold, but it is only a temporary location.

      Avantages

      The people are nice but not transparent. Every division is losing a tremendous amount of revenuewith the exception of Hypertec cloud in Canada. We werent allowed to sell Hypertec cloud and AI infrastructure solutions in Tempe. No CRM tool and the commission plan is too vague and unclear to try and explain
