Avantages
- Every employee that works here - from the CEO to intern - embodies the company values so well and it creates a really special work environment where everyone not only gets their work done but smiles while doing so. It shouldn't be rare, but I've definitely never experienced this before this company. - A good balance between being able to take initiative/working autonomously and being supported/mentored by peers or more senior team members. - the FOOD. If you like eating food, and talking about/geeking out about food, this is the place for you.
Inconvénients
It's not really a con for me, but something that may not be for everyone: it's like any start up environment where you often have to wear many hats and take on responsibilities that are not always within your job description (though, it's always pretty closely related)
