Perspective commerciale
Avantages
The pros were the small salary plus commission, 401K, health benefits and training.
Inconvénients
The cons were the lack of sales support from a company that spends millions on advertising to seniors on Medicare and then not sharing those leads with the field sales force. Only the call center gets to sell to those that called in. Local Humana agents used to get leads and handle calls from prospective Medicare eligible people from the advertisements but they took them away and left us on our own to find people to talk to. Forced the jab on it's employees or else lose your job.
