      Ability to work remotely, good education, competitive pay.

      Inconvénients

      Inconsistent between departments/management. Poor intergration with other departments. High turnover. High stress and burnout. Extemely poor health benefits RUN FAST .

      Interviewed for a internal role in a second round in a team - the team didn't sell the role, the impression I got was you will work nights and overtime to commit to deadlines. questions asked: - examples of situations in your current job where there was disagreement between you and someone else in team. Thought this was too intrusive - how do you handle disagreements - how are you able to multi-task - are you able to commit to deadlines Got a very bad vibe with the team
