Avantages
My department has a great team mentality and I feel comfortable being able to talk to our management team with feedback on the department. I feel that they try to utilize my strengths which makes me more motivated to come to work and do a good job. Humana is trying to make a difference in the insurance industry and is a cutting-edge health and wellness company.
Inconvénients
Change is so slow. Many processes are still in the 2004 mentality before the time of huge growth. Communication between management and analyst can be very limited (i have experiences with this when working with management in other departments.) Job culture and experience can vary greatly from a customer service role to a corporate role and a market location v louisville.
