Positive work environment, team attitude, decent incentive compensation when it is correctly paid
Inconvénients
Health Insurance has a huge out of pocket, limited choices in health insurance, management is disconnected from the front line issues of sales associates. Sales Incentive compensation is rarley paid correctly the first time and changes with no notice to associates.
