      Avantages

      Steady salary, even though it's below scale.

      Inconvénients

      No pay raises, no appraisals so that you can approve, basically most associates are invisible. Human resources is the worst I've seen in 30 years.

      Remote, decent benefits, PTO/holiday pay.

      Inconvénients

      Glued to your desk. Decreasing benefits and increasing work demands. No ability to pivot or move outside of the role. Career development has to be done off the clock except CEU’s.
