      Avantages

      Great 401k match. HSA benefit instead of FSA. Headquartered in Louisville. Louisville is a nice and cheap place to live.

      Inconvénients

      Parking lot is not extremely close. Gym membership is not free. Pretty hectic at work sometimes. Need more pay for top performers.

      Cutthroat culture that does not care about employees or their well being, focus on profit at the expense of people, continuous layoffs and outsourcing initiatives
