      Large organization with career pops in a variety of departments, health & wellness focus

      Inconvénients

      No career pathing, minimal raises, large pay bands with little to no process around performance reviews and promotions, a kind of stuffy culture at corporate, little openess to diverse leadership (the little that exists)

      Work life balance is excelent. Culture is friendly, and professional

      Inconvénients

      Managment can not get out of thier own way. So much waiste. The only reason the firm does so well is that its competition is as bad as they are.
