There is a lot of spoiling going on. Gear: the ultimate logistics: Jabra noise-canceling headphones, Tesla chairs, whatever you can think of, whatever you need, just name it.

You can address any inconvenience you may experience and the owners will go to great lengths to fix it and make you feel as comfortable as possible.

Nothing pros from my experience.

Strange conversation with one of their recruiter. When the discussion come in the salary area, she starting laughing..... weird! I wrote these from the candidate perspective, for one of their clients. Even after their recruiter start laughing talking about salary, I accepted to move forward on the recruitment process. One of their client HR staff set-up an online meeting. At the time of the meeting, nobody from the client show up, nobody attend to the meeting. Since then, no sign or excuses from the client or from the Human Direct. This is how the Human Direct understand to treat the candidates.
