Avantages
Team lunches- everyone eats lunch together everyday
Cultural diversity- people from multiple countries
Everyone is super friendly and welcoming!
There's an office dog who is adorable but not disruptive
Laid back and fun culture
Management asks for and listens to feedback
Individual contributions have a high impact- as an Intern I wasn't given busywork, I had a real project that was important to the team
Inconvénients
Because it's multi-lingual, there are sometimes language barriers, and you can be unintentionally excluded from social conversations if your Spanish/Catalan isn't good enough. Granted if you're in Spain you should probably speak Spanish, but if you're still learning it can be a challenge.
The management is often super busy and can't always take the time to help you, so you have to do your best to accommodate that.
You won't be given a lot of guidance and there isn't always a process on how to do things, which means you need to be proactive and independent.
The team is small and there aren't always enough people to get everything done
