      Inconvénients

      ❌ Micro-gestion par certains – Quelques équipes subissent une surveillance inutile. ❌ Leadership incohérent – Certains managers ne sont pas aussi encourageants ou efficaces. ❌ Travail de fin de semaine – Certains projets peuvent nécessiter de travailler le week-end.

      Avantages

      Fairly flexible working environment. Benefits exist but aren't strong.

      Inconvénients

      TOXIC hustle. Lots of behind the scenes talking that leads to awful culture. WRETCHED CEO on the Talent side. They put that they are minority-owned on the front door to capitalize on that buzz, but then are run entirely by white, middle aged men. POC are abysmally represented as there are less than a handful working there. It's a sham of a place. Used to have a great company culture, but that went out the window with the political shift in America. Talent side of things is hot garbage. Digital side is finding their way through.
