Perspective commerciale
Avantages
Employees genuinely care about the products. Everybody seems to be invested in the brand's performance and culture. I worked there for an entire summer and everybody who worked there was hardworking and driven.
Inconvénients
I think the company has a very specific type of culture. It's a very environmentally conscience company and if you don't care about organic products and the culture surrounding them you may not fit in. Expect to work long hours including weekends if you're an intern.
