      Some team members were supportive and professional.

      Inconvénients

      Frequent changes within teams and shifting priorities create instability and uncertainty. Virtually no actionable feedback during the probation period, making it difficult to understand expectations or improve. The work itself is not very engaging—tasks are mostly bug fixes rather than meaningful feature development. Limited ownership and impact due to the nature of assigned tasks.

      - Little to no discount for employees on platform that we sell - "Unorganized" doesn't begin to scratch the surface with them - Passive aggressive COO - 0 room for growth; no promotion plan outlined for 2 years of working there, no raise opportunities despite responsibilities expanding every quarter
