      Avantages

      Amazing products, great ceo, and phenomenal local teams. I would work in US or international in a heartbeat again.

      Inconvénients

      Horrible “bro” culture - no work life balance and good luck if you are not part of the “family”- ie going for drinks with management to get favoured and ahead.

      Avantages

      Enjoying working for Hologic. At a district level there is support with training and within you team. Opportunities to grow if you want them (FSE LEVEL 1-4) This job can be isolating if you let it, so don't let it. Ask for help, call your colleagues. We are here to support each other. Great pay and benefits. great work life balance. This is the best company I have worked at thus far in my career.

      Inconvénients

      Not a huge consistency with procedures and standards. Alot of the problems get blamed on FSEs. I wish we had all documentation in one place and it was easy to find. It kind of seems like we are all making up our own ways to do things or if you do see a document it disappears in the ether and is very difficult to find. The company is working on improving this and I have high hopes!
