Avantages

Servers created own hours, made money by counting on staff not showing up and waiting on the entire restaurant by my self

Inconvénients

Complete mess, had to monitor your payroll, constant mistakes, unruly guests constantly making drunk scenes during dinner service

The managers were flexible with scheduling and were willing to work around employees' availability, which helped maintain a better work-life balance.

Inconvénients

The pay was low considering how physically demanding and labor-intensive the housekeeping work was on a daily basis.
