Avantages
I worked there at night there were times when I could do things such as study for class, or I was able to watch television. They do not look over your shoulder and designate things like taking smoke breaks.
Inconvénients
There were times when management fdid not really always respect employees. There is so much variability given that a lot of these locations are owned by independent owners. I found that a lot of the clientele was questionable. There were above average seediness where a lot of the guests, many of whom were the first to complain were concerned. There were many times when I was at my wits end with some of the escalation issues and customers who did very immature or risqué things on the property. One lady was having the loudest sex of her life and I was responsible for doing something about it. Another itme I had an guest fall on the lobby floor saying that she was going to sue because she smelled marijuana and "had it in her". LOL!
