      Avantages

      Good pay for a warehouse job. There is also a free doctor office for all employees who have company health insurance. I’m

      Inconvénients

      No holidays off. If they give you a day off for a holiday you have to make it up by working the next Saturday. Also there are no set hours. You start at either 5am or 7am and have no idea when you get to go home. If you try to leave without permission you will be immediately terminated. They also make you work lots of mandatory overtime especially in November and December.

      Sundays off, decent bonus program

      Inconvénients

      Poor communication, work life balance, lacks sense of direction, unrealistic work load, salary policies not provided in writing, not efficient, training and development non existent.
