      There was a lot of freedom for exploring different fields in AI and big data.

      Maybe, too much freedom and a lack of vision for the whole project.

      Competitive salary and good networking opportunities.

      Inconvénients

      Poor leadership who all just drink the Kool Aid to get close to the company's principal. The internal politics here are worse than anywhere I've ever worked and it's very much so a "dog eat dog" culture.
