      Avantages

      Big company with a small company feel. They know how to party during the holidays. Once they sent everyone in the company on a cruise.

      Inconvénients

      The benefits at Highwinds are lacking for all departments. 2 weeks off for hourly and 3 weeks for salary. No sick pay. They should give more paid time off the longer you are with the company.

      This place had the best work atmosphere for work life balance while still being a place where hard problems were solved.

      Wonderful team and an innovative set of products.

      The only con is that we sold the company and many of us have moved on over time.
