      Avantages

      Organization fills a need in the commnity that is not filled elsewhere. Many employees are good, dedicated people.

      Inconvénients

      Overall the company could be run much better and more efficiently. Hiring seems to be based on connections over qualifications. Departments do not always work well together. Pay is significantly lower than similar employers in the area. Quite a few employees were vastly underqualified.

      Avantages

      My time at HRBH was pretty good. The company overall was supportive of my career goals and promoted me within the organization a number of times. I appreciated the career advancement because I definitely didn't receive that level of professional support at my previous job.

      Inconvénients

      The pay (of course) but it's a community agency so what can you expect.

      Inconvénients

      Training and lateral opportunities are available consistently because they have such a high turn over rate. The pay is abysmal and they have a policy you are not allowed to reveal your pay scale.
