Great product market fit, firmly believe HB sells the best solution for the problems it solves for its customers. Also got to pick the brain of our cofounders often, plus side of working for a startup
Inconvénients
Have only seen one person at the company get promoted to a higher position - there’s not a lot of focus on developing current employees as they keep hiring for mid level positions outside of the company.
