Avantages
Two of my favorite things about working at Highbyte is the momentum we are building as a company and the exceptional coworkers I interface with. Most every day I'm impressed with the caliber of my peers and it makes every day that much more enjoyable. Leadership is very transparent, knows the industry and the market very well, and is making calculated moves to grow and, importantly, sustain that growth beyond the short term. I think the benefits (5 weeks PTO, 401k, health insurance) are also great for a company of this size/age. I'm also learning every day, which makes my day go quickly.
Inconvénients
If you want the structure and stability of a Fortune 500, that won't be found here. We are still developing and growing in many different ways. I wish there were more internal resources focused on personal development.
