      Avantages

      Very smart coworkers, good morale, great CEO, very positive work environment, good office space.

      Inconvénients

      You cannot move up the ladder very well. No opportunities to climb up the ranks. Plus the company is very top heavy with management. Not enough workers to do the work.

      Avantages

      Good place to learn and gain experience. Training was OJT but they would send you to equipment manufacturers for training if you asked.

      Inconvénients

      New management regime created interesting dynamic.
